A Letter from the Managing Editor: New Year's Resolutions

By Jenny Steadman January 22, 2016
I love publishing this newsletter. I spend the month gathering content, taking suggestions from you and I try to put together solid information that will help you and your family on your path to wellness. This monthly column is to let you know I am here with you! I'm a mom with young children and a crazy schedule; I don't get enough sleep and have trouble eating well. We are in this together and, as a team, we can improve our lives, our families and our communities.

I love to talk about New Year's resolutions and how it is a chance to recommit to yourself.

In 2015 I pleaded for you to be kind to yourself and this year is no different.

Go ahead, make your larger resolution but set smaller goals, acknowledge road blocks and brainstorm ways to get around them.

In this edition (and the next!) we will be doing a round-up of products to help you and your family keep those New Year's resolutions. The shelves are full of products from food to trackers, books to sleeping aides and everything in between. Everyone has a great idea about how you can be healthy this year and we've done the research and review for you! In the January edition, we will cover food, drinks and books. Stay tuned for February when we cover inspirational items, trackers, sleep, self-care and accessories!

Until then,

Jenny
