Fresh Fruit Water
Cool Off This Summer - Add Fruit (And Fun!) to Your Water!

We know that drinking enouch water is very important, especially on hot days. Sports drinks, juices, and sodas are not only filled with sugar and artificial ingredients, but they're also expensive. For hot summer days, post work-outs, or in school lunches, water is best. To make water more exciting, tasty, and colorful, just add some fruit!
I like to have a whole pitcher of fresh fruit water ready-made in my fridge. A few slices of lemon, lime, orange or a handful of berries makes a cold water even more refreshing. Don’t have fresh fruit? No problem. Frozen mangoes, berries or peaches will do the trick!
You’ll need:
· 1 large pitcher filled with water
· 2 cups of fresh or frozen fruit or berries or
· 2 lemons, limes or one large orange or
· 1 large mango or
· 1 pear and 1 kiwi
The possibilities are endless. I hope you continue to drink lots of water now that you can sneak in some vitamins and fresh flavor!
