Prepare to be Inspired
I Couldn't Have Fit More Inspiration in if I Tried!

Prepare to be inspired! This issue basically wrote itself thanks to the dedicated, strong, and smart contributors who are about to blow you away with inspiration!
The thing is: some athletes are born, some are bred, and others are homemade. Whether you're a lifetime athlete, first-timer, or somewhere in between, doing better today than you did yesterday is good enough. You'll see in the stories to come, these athletes push themselves today for a better tomorrow, so that they will be stronger and healthier in the future. So that they will age easier and be able to look back on all of the time spent bettering themselves with family and friends. What's better than that?
Some athletes invest their whole lives into fitness and others don't. Do what you can. Just don't stop doing. Don't give up. Don't let a rainy day, or in our case this year, a HOT day, throw off your routine. Don't make excuses. Invest what you can, and give yourself a break too. Take tips from others and use 'em. Throw together some super quick meals. Make yourself a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and let yourself enjoy every last lick.
Jump up and down. Breathe deep. Live for the future.
