Eat Well: Hard Boiled Eggs in the Oven

A Healthy and Easy Snack for Everyone

By Jenny Steadman August 16, 2013

My entire family loves hard boiled eggs, so every week I boil a dozen eggs and store them in the fridge. They are great for a quick breakfast, a fast and healthy snack and a great addition to any lunch salad.

That said, I never liked boiling them. Then I learned to make them in the oven. It's so easy!

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Put eggs in a muffin tin to keep them from banging against each other.

3. Cook for 30 minutes.

4. Soak in an ice bath for 10 minutes to cool.

5. Store in fridge and enjoy!
