What is your name and what town are you from?

 Katie Dragos, from Lothian, MD 

Who makes up your family?

Myself, husband Jim, Grady (almost 4), and Chase (19 months)

Briefly, tell us your struggles.

Balance! Finding a balance between having kids, fueling my body properly, working out, enjoying treats, and having energy.

What was the turning point that made you change the way you care for yourself?

I made changes in my nutrition that made a huge difference in my energy. I was also able to lose all of the weight that I gained with my pregnancies and now enjoy sharing my story with other moms struggling to make it all work.

How have you implemented (or plan to) your new habits with your family?

I share healthy snacks with my children, including my protein shakes and bars. We also all drink water and stay physically active trying to be outside as much as possible when the weather is nice.
