Your Family Kitchen: My Favorite Smoothie

I love a nice, big, green and delicious smoothie in the morning. It's what really fuels me for my day! 

Here is my basic recipe. Change it around to make it your own. Get your kids involved by asking what fruits they would like to add.

Note: This smoothie is VERY green. If you are new to green smoothies, I recommend starting with half the amount of greens.
