Healthy High-Protein Veggie Dip Kids Will Love!

Eat Your Veggies and Like 'Em Too!

By Laura Fuentes, Chief MOM at MOMables™ March 16, 2012

My daughter, a very picky eater, will not eat vegetables unless they are raw and she can dip them in something.  Let’s face it; there aren’t many healthy dipping choices out there.  Many ranch dressings and dips are made with unpronounceable ingredients, have zero nutritional value and are loaded with fat and calories. Realizing that this might be the only way for her to eat vegetables, I set out to make my own healthier version.  The healthy part comes from using plain Greek yogurt, and recently, I found an all-natural ranch dressing mix that is fantastic!
