Sleep Deeper: How Well Do You Sleep?

It's no secret that one of the best ways to take care of your body it to get enough sleep. It helps keep you energized, keep the weight off, keep your mind focused and even clear up your skin! We all know this to be the case, yet we are all sleep-deprived parents.

How do we get more sleep? Some of us have little ones who wake us in the middle of the night and because of this, sleep is out of our control. Night time, when the kids are asleep, is prime time to get things done. It's amazing how quickly it turns from 10 to 11 p.m., isn't it? Getting more sleep requires forming new habits and, for me, not trying to get "one more thing done" before going to bed.

Here is my challenge for you: For the next month, track your sleep. Get a piece of paper and keep track of the date, how long you slept the night before and how you feel.
