I love reviewing new fitness products for you guys, but when a company offers to give me an in-home demonstration, I couldn't turn that down!
PowerKICK is a high-intensity partner-training system that is inspired by martial arts. It is great for elite athletes, group fitness and at-home fun with your partner and the kids. The PowerKICK looks like a standard kicking pad except it has half of a soccer ball attached to it.
With hundreds of possible drills, PowerKICK is for athletes of all levels - beginners to advanced! Because the drills require two people, the exercises are more fun and motivating because you have someone to cheer you on. Teamwork! Also, it is a great way for kids to get involved with family fitness. My 7-year-old had a blast trying out some of the drills that the PowerKICK team demonstrated to us. (And she nailed them!)
