We want to hear from you! If you've jumped on the bandwagon, you can inspire others to do the same. Whether you're a personal trainer or play Wii Fit with your kids, you're part of the family fitness revolution. If you've made fitness a priority for you and your family, we want to know about it. I want to feature your story, your successes, challenges and tips.

Can't wait to hear from you!

What is your name and what town are you from? Sarah from Wyndmoor, PA

Who makes up your family? My husband, Chris, and our 21-month-old twins Lucy and Harrison

Briefly, tell us your struggles. I've always been an athlete. I played Division 3 College Field Hockey. I’m a 4-time marathoner and a 6-time half marathoner. Fun fact: I ran the Marine Corp Marathon in October 2015, then found out I was pregnant with my twins the next day! I stayed fit throughout my pregnancy with lots of low impact workouts and yoga classes, but I took my running down several notches since carrying multiples was considered "high risk."

What was the turning point that made you change the way you care for yourself? After giving birth to the twins in June 2016, I’ve been working to get back into the running and fitness groove - and I'm proud to say that now, as a mom of two, I'm in the best shape of my life!

How have you implemented (or plan to) your new habits with your family? I am a stay at home mom, so where I go, the twins go. We work out together 5-6 times a week including stroller running and mommy and me fitness classes. They love it! When I say "Do you want to run with mommy?" They chant, "RUN, RUN, RUN" and get into the running stroller. My favorite is when they say "YOGA!" and start doing downward dog poses. It's so wonderful to see my fit and healthy lifestyle brushing off on them.
