Tips to Ease Back into School

It's time to get ready to go back to school, which can be a hard transition for everyone in the house. With a little bit of planning, easing in can be smoother than you think. 

1. The week before school, put the kids to bed 10-15 minutes earlier each night until they are at their usual school bedtimes. 

2. Do the same in the morning by setting the alarm for 10-15 minutes earlier each morning.

3. Stock up on groceries for easy breakfast and lunch. Make a dinner plan for that first week back while you are at it!

4. Make sure all school supplies are ready to go and in backpacks the night before. You don't want to be rushed in the morning or forget something!
