Last month we talked about how to enjoy a National Park with your kids. But did you know if you have a fourth grader, entry for your family is free into all national parks through the end of next summer?
Over half of the United States have a National Park within them, which means you probably have one within driving distance. Not only are these lands protected, including the wildlife that lives in them, but they allow us -- and our kids -- a chance to explore our country as it naturally is.
Visiting a national park is all about family wellness! Being outside, in nature, enjoying the fresh air, learning about our country's landscape, all together as a family. How much better can it get?
