Feel like your family spends too much time in front of screens?

Take part in screen-free week! Screen-free week is  a break from digital entertainment. This year's screen-free week is May 2-8.

Screen-free week is a chance to spend more time with family and friends, get outdoors, and be more active and creative.

Sometimes it's easy to forget that there are other things to do besides spend time with our devices, so screen-free week reminds us to step away from our screens to do other things.

Here are 25 ideas to get you started finding things to do without your devices:

1. Take a walk/hike

2. Read a book

3. Learn how to juggle

4. Start a knitting or crocheting project

5. Paint a picture
